SUPERVISION

I create safe spaces for mentoring professionals like spiritual directors, pastors, and teachers to notice the interior movements and actions of God within their work with others. Supervision is the ethical practice that provides professionals growth in their awareness of God and self that leads to an increased interior freedom, presence, and attentiveness to those they serve.

Supervision also promotes interior healing and gift (charism) discovery as the mentor's own pain, intense emotions, unanswerable questions, and moral dilemmas found within the complexities presented in the mentee’s story are compassionately confronted.
